Trade Marketing Manager- 5 yrs Experience in FMCG- Beauty Indus.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

5+ years of experience in trade marketing or retail marketing

Strong understanding of retail environments and shopper behavior

Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze campaign performance

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Experience working with cross-functional teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry preferred

Responsibilities : Team Leader

• Propose programs, policy and workflow to manage work performance of trade marketing specialists, coordinators, promodisers and beauty consultants
• Screening, hiring and evaluating of trade marketing personnel
• Execute incentive programs of roving promodisers and beauty consultants
• Motivate and train beauty consultants to achieve the sales target
• Prepare relevant and insightful reports when aligning with management

Trade Marketing Execution and In-Store Promotions

Product Merchandising

1. Expected salary : 60-80K Depends on the skill

2. Work onsite : Caloocan

3. Work Monday to Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm but must be available on Saturdays if needed like aligning with consultants, since this is a critical management position.

4. Experience in FMCG is a Must. Experience in Beauty Industry is a Plus
