Job description

We are currently seeking a professional and well-organized inside administrative specialist / project coordinator for our team. This position is essential for monitoring client interactions and guaranteeing effective communication.

Intake Management :

  • Respond to initial questions from clients and obtain relevant data.
  • Assure that all client data is appropriately entered into and maintained within our systems.
  • Utilizing Google Calendar, arrange and manage appointments.
  • Verify that all appointments are confirmed and scheduling conflicts are handled.
  • Maintain professional written and verbal communication with clients and team members.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all clients while using an American accent.
  • Manage spreadsheets, emails, and documents with Google Suite.
  • Help the team by providing additional administrative support as required.

Requirements

  • Track record in a related position.
  • Google Suite proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
  • Proficient in written and spoken English with an American accent.
  • Excellent detail-oriented and organizational abilities.
  • The capacity for autonomous work and efficient time management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a professional manner. Preferred Qualifications :
  • Experience with customer service or administrative support.
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management.
