Job description8 hour shift 13th month salary Butuan, Argusan del Norte : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) Education Bachelor's (preferred) Experience SUPERVISOR / MANAGERIAL : 3 years (preferred)
To supervise the Service Area day to day operation.
- To evaluate and ensure the quality standard of services.
- To supervise the mechanical works of all the Technical Personnel.
- To supervise and evaluate the Technical Personnel.
- To train and orient new Mechanics / Painter / Helper.
- To check all the UNITS for reconditioning.
- To handle costumers' complaints on the Technical Issues.
- Job Qualification
- Experience in Motorycycle Industry is an advantage
- At least 3 years experience as a Chief Mechanic in a business registered Motorcycle Shop.
