Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or related field
3 years experience in a quality assurance role
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality software tools
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
Responsibilities :
Manage overall quality control of manufacturing process.
Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures for packaging, labels,
and sticker production.
Monitor all stages of production, from raw material inspection to final product
delivery, to ensure compliance with specifications.
Ensure adhesion, print accuracy, color consistency, and durability of stickers and
labels meet company and client expectations.
Conducts investigation on customer feedbacks regarding material issues and provide
corrective actions.
Directs and monitors activities of Quality Control Staff to ensure that all functions
support company objectives to deliver quality products
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best
practices for packaging and labeling.
Ensures that all employees comply with the implemented standard performance.
Set KPIs for the QA team to measure and enhance performance.
Identify areas for improvement in production processes to reduce waste, defects, and
customer complaints.
