The successful candidate is expected to report to the GM Philippines office three times per week or as dictated by the business.The RoleThe GM GBS Finance Migrations Senior Analyst is responsible for implementing migration plans from Business Units (BUs) to Global Business Services (GBS), ensuring timely completion of deliverables and organized task management.

This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert on GBS process migrations, and analyzing data to identify opportunities and provide sustainable solutions.

Candidates should have a BA in Finance, Accounting, or Business, with 6-8 years of experience in a shared service environment and 2-4 years in project management and migrations.What You'll DoServe as project lead in implementing migration plans from BU to GBS captive sites, from Solution Identification through Knowledge Transfer to Pilot.Attend alignment discussions with senior and executive management at project initiation.Consolidate task lists and relevant information systematically.Ensure participation of Operations / BU representatives and escalate concerns to BU managers, Controllers, or Transitions Supervisors.Ensure timely completion of BUs' deliverables, including documentation, activity lists, approvals, and sign-offs.Represent GBS in international discussions as the 'face of GBS'.Draft tollgate presentations and slides; present project and progress data concisely and logically.Serve as a technical expert in transitions, ensuring operations requirements are understood and met by stakeholders.Act as subject matter expert for GM GBS Transitions Methodology and promote compliance with global strategies.Analyze data for reporting, identify process gaps, and propose sustainable solutions.Ensure compliance with GM corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
