WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

To involve in cigarette manufacturing activities and ensure the quality of products, cigarette manufacturing materials and other related activities are in accordance to the standard established by the organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports the cigarette making/packing process by operating ancillary equipments, handling materials (packaging, semi-finish, finished goods, others), doing packing activities and system transactions within set company standards.

• Ensure checking and loading of the correct Tobacco & Non-Tobacco Materials.

• Ensure working environment is safe and take preventive measures by having safety awareness at all circumstances and following safety operation procedures.

• Practice good housekeeping by meeting 5S requirement and practice environmental protection activities.

• Participate in Kaizen activities that organized by the Company for better improvement. Make improvement suggestions as necessary using proper format and process.

• Perform any other tasks commissioned by the supervisor related on company processes.

• Understand health and safety aspects of their work and learn about potential hazards, know and
  maintain required control measures in order to keep their workplace healthy and safe.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

• High school graduate. Completion of a Vocational or Technical Course is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to read and write simple field work report in English and knowledgable in basic computer applications (data entry).
• Willing to work in shift, good interpersonal skill, very responsible candinate, able to perform basic mathematic and good basic analytical skill. Able to multi task whenever required, basic technical and computer skills will be added advantage.
