IT Developer

JOB SPECIFICATIONS :

1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Knowledge of Windows and / or macOS environments, network basics, and IT troubleshooting.

3. Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic frontend / backend frameworks).

4. Familiarity with networking basics (IP addressing, routers, Wi-Fi, DNS)

5. Strong problem-solving and communication skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and IT equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, printers, email, and user access issues.
• Maintain asset inventories, backup systems, and user accounts.
• Assist in ensuring cybersecurity protocols and software are properly implemented and updated.
• Develop, test, and maintain systems server and desktop applications or automation scripts.
