Role : IT Support Engineer

Compensation : Competitive Basic Salary

Bonus : 5,000 Perfect Attendance

Work Schedule : 5-Day work week | 10 : 00 pm to 7 : 00 am Philippine Time

Work Setup : Work Onsite

Office Location : Fortune Square Building, Brgy. Baliti and Capital Town, City of San Fernando, Pampanga

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide timely technical support to end users, both remotely and in person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer system, hardware, software, networks / server equipment, printers, door access system and CCTV.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access provisioning, and equipment management.
• Manage IT assets (Actual vs. System).
• Document support requests, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system.
• Must have knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP / IP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, etc.) to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and address complex problems.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Repair, replace, and evaluate equipment and new technologies as needed.
