Position : Accounting Junior Officer - CPA

Work Location : Taytay, Rizal

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Work Setup : Onsite

Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Junior Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 2 years of experience in the field of accounting. You will play a key role in monitoring financial performance, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor KPIs of the Financial Services Team, balance sheet schedules, and daily mandatory reports.

Analyze assets, receivables, payables, BIR withholding tax computations, and ledger entries.

Prepare and submit monthly financial and monitoring reports.

Track updates from government and regulatory agencies.

Ensure timely and complete submission of reports to avoid penalties.

Maintain organized filing and documentation of essential records.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy

Must be a CPA

Master’s degree is a plus

Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience

Technical & Soft Skills :

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Strong oral and written communication skills
