REQUIREMENTS :

Graduate of BS Accountancy

Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

At least 1 year of work experience handling cost accounting in a manufacturing set up.

With work experience in fixed asset management and / or compliance

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Monitor inventory of factory and office supplies.

Generate Accounts Payable (A / P) and necessary Debit / Credit Memo relative to importation and exportation charges.

Process Landed Cost, including liquidation of prepayment account for duties and taxes.

Verify A / P Invoices related to Engineering Work Orders and process related Debit / Credit Memo, if necessary

Generate journal entries for the allocation of common supplies and unallocated accounts.

Process monthly allocation of fuel and oil and prepare journal entries related thereto.
