Purpose of role
The Service Delivery Representative is responsible for the end-to-end management of customer provisioning and delivery orders. This role involves the adding, moving, and changing of customer services and delivering within specified service level agreements / targets.
This role requires the effective communication and positive engagement with the organization's customers, both existing and new, external third-party suppliers and carriers. This role will also require working closely with internal stakeholders such as the Business Development Managers, Operations Managers, various Platform & Network teams, Finance, Wholesale Porting Team, Business / Residential Technical Support Teams, and various Product Managers.
The importance of this role is to ensure the organization brand is highly regarded in the domestic and international market by managing the fulfilment of orders and communicating with the customer effectively to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and in accordance with ITIL best practices and appropriate service level agreements / targets.
