Area Operations Officer

Job Summary :

Primary responsible for the area and all its Branches for the following :

• Ensures continuing compliance with applicable internal policies and guidelines, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures adequacy and effectiveness of internal control and risk management processes.
• Ensures continuing compliance with applicable MTPP provisions.

Requirements :

Graduate of a 4 year degree course.

At least 2 year(s) of experience in administration in the industry, bank or any financial institution, preferably in branch operations

Highly proficient in computer and business applications

Excellent command of the English language

Effective presentation and negotiation skills

Leadership and effective interpersonal and people management
