The GoHighLevel Specialist is responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing the company’s entire GoHighLevel system — including CRM pipelines, automations, workflows, funnels, and integrations. This role focuses solely on building and maintaining GoHighLevel to streamline marketing and client processes.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage GoHighLevel CRM accounts, pipelines, and dashboards
- Build automations, triggers, and workflows for lead generation and follow-up
- Create funnels, forms, landing pages, and booking systems
- Integrate GoHighLevel with external tools (e.g., Google, Facebook, Stripe, Zoom, etc.)
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and client sub-accounts
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide GoHighLevel support
- Optimize automation processes for performance and lead conversion
Requirements
