Work Schedule : Mon - Friday (9 : 00 PM TO 6 : 00 am)

Salary : Php 60,000 - Php 80,000 gross

Work Set Up : Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience in software / application support or troubleshooting technical issues.

Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Chrome DevTools, and knowledgeable in APIs / Integrations, Jira, GitHub, and SaaS architecture & deployment models

Experience with Google Tag Manager and back-end scripting

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users and clients.

Diagnose and resolve software / application-related issues in a timely manner.

Escalate complex problems to development or senior engineering teams when needed.

Document issues, solutions, and create knowledge base articles.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product operations.
