PPC Specialist (Meta) - Work from Home / PH Dayshift

We’re looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and scaling high-performing campaigns for eCommerce or DTC brands. You’ll take ownership of the paid media strategy, test creative ideas, and help drive real growth.

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) — with some support on Google Ads.
• Build precise targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation frameworks to maximise conversions and ROAS.
• Execute daily campaign optimisations including bid adjustments, audience refinements, and creative rotations.
• Run structured A / B and multivariate tests to identify winning ads and landing pages.
• Track, analyse, and report performance using GA4, GTM, Shopify, and attribution tools.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team on launches, promotions, and CRO initiatives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging Meta features to identify growth opportunities.
