This is a remote position.
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Paid Media Specialist (Meta) to oversee, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Meta’s ad products, audience targeting, and analytics tools, with the ability to translate marketing goals into effective campaigns that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage Meta ad campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Conduct audience research and create detailed targeting strategies to reach the right users.
- Craft compelling ad creatives, including visuals and copy, in collaboration with the design and content teams.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with Meta’s latest advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Generate regular performance reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A / B testing to identify the most effective strategies for ad placement, messaging, and design.
Requirements
Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns (minimum of 2-3 years preferred).Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and analytics tools.Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Familiarity with other paid media platforms is a plus (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).Certification in Meta Advertising (e.g., Meta Blueprint) is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.A dual monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speedBenefits
