1. Manages the overall Logistics activities, ensuring efficient and timely delivery
4. Coordinating and supervising logistics staff, including scheduling and workload management.
5. Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.
6. Monitoring stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and making adjustments as needed.
7. Analyze inventory reports to identify slow-moving, fast-moving, or obsolete stock
8. Identifying and resolving issues related to deliveries, inventory, or other logistics processes
9. Maintaining effective communication with carriers, internal and external customers
10. Communicate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast stock needs
11. Arrange transportation of goods, manage the driver’s schedule
Customers : 80% Japanese Companies, 20 % other countries
Good MOS skills and Proficient in Logistics software and tools
With proven 3-5 years of experience in a PEZA company

Performance-based bonus (July)
SL 5 days; Increases by one day per year, up to a maximum of 10 days. Both are eligible for a buyout.
