Requirements :
Filipino fluent in Spanish and English
Open for native candidates with permanent visa
Open to work onsite in Pasay and Night Shift Schedule
Working experience using Spanish Language is a big advantage
Responsibilities :
Gathering information to improve agent performance
Monitoring customer interactions and use evaluation forms to capture the insights of all the interactions.
Develop evaluation programs that maximize the output and productivity of the contact center.
Monitoring the trends within the company and also the trends across the industry.
Monitors interactions across all platforms including speech and text.
Perform other related tasks needed.
