Job descriptionGraduate of BS Accountancy or any relevant degree At least 3-5 years of US accountancy or bookkeeping experience Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Working experience with CCH ProSystem fx Engagement is a plus Thorough knowledge and understanding of US GAAP Strong verbal and written communication skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Amenable to work on a night shift schedule and in a hybrid work arrangement
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client financial records
- Import trial balances into CCH ProSystem fx Engagement
- Run Journal Entry Testing using TeamMate Analytics
- Prepare Excel financial statements for audit clients.
- Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper posting
- Assist with setting up onboarding clients
- Prepare and roll engagement letters, draft financial statements, management representation letter, and governance letter
- Roll forward CCH binders and Suralink request lists
- Downloading audit packages from provider websites
- Prepare 401(k) trial balances and draft financials for the audit team
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls
- Communicate with clients regarding their financial records, discrepancies, and reporting needs
