Job Description

As a Call Center Agent at Concentrix, you will :

Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers.

Assist with billing inquiries, product information, technical troubleshooting, and account updates.

Deliver professional, friendly, and accurate customer service every time.

Adhere to company processes, compliance standards, and quality metrics.

Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Qualifications

At least Senior High School graduate or High School graduate (Old Curriculum)

No BPO experience required – we welcome fresh graduates and career shifters!

Good communication skills (English or Tagalog)

Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
