We are seeking a Legal Collections Assistant to join our Texas-based law firm, playing a vital role in collections, billing processes, and providing administrative support to our attorneys.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Communication : Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to inform them of outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans.
• Administrative Support :
• Assist attorneys with scheduling, document preparation, and file management.
• Handle correspondence and maintain organized records.
• Account Management : Monitor and maintain accurate records of client accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue payments.​

Requirements

This is an established firm that has extensive experience working with individuals in long term 40+ hour full time capacity.  We will view this team member as a crucial piece of the team and will provide the needed training to get up to speed quickly.
