Your impact

As part of the team, you will:

• Support the production and development of Autodesk Civil 3D models and generate 2D drawings from those models.
• Assist in training junior team members and ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
• Follow company QA procedures and produce models/drawings from engineers’ sketches, markups, or architectural backgrounds.
• Take ownership of daily drawing issuance and maintain both digital and hard copy project file storage.
• Report software issues promptly and contribute to continuous improvement in design workflows.

Here's what you'll need

• Relevant experience in computer-aided drafting and modeling using Civil 3D software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with resilience to handle critical feedback.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and maintain accuracy and patience.
• Proficiency in other software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Navisworks.
• Understanding of data transfer between key software packages, manufacturing processes, and construction methods is beneficial.
• Sound knowledge of engineering design principles and a relevant Bachelor’s/College Degree or equivalent drafting technology diploma.
