Property Management Intern (OJT)

Job descriptionCurrently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi) is a plus Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism Willingness to learn and take initiative
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with day-to-day property management tasks
- Help coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
- Communicate with tenants regarding inquiries, lease issues, or service needs
- Support lease administration, including renewals, filing, and document preparation
- Conduct market research on rental rates and property trends
- Assist with site inspections and property visits
- Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for management
- Perform general administrative tasks and data entry
