Job Description :
Establishes good relations with all customers and agents to improve sales by implementing the company's strategy. Collects data and reports on competitors’ activities. Prepares weekly and monthly sales reports. Ensures proper stock level at the company’s target and cooperates with plans for incoming merchandise. `
1. Applies company sales strategy to the assigned area / outlets and supervises the team
2. Implements, develops, and proposes sales programs and activities to increase and achieve the organization's sales and market share targets. This includes sales activities such as web searches, sales booths, cold calls, etc.
3. Builds and develops strong relationships with both established and new clients / customers, and maintains a positive customer experience.
4. Monitors and analyzes the movement of local competitors in the assigned area and provides recommendations based on the study.
5. Ensures effective after-sales support (in cooperation and coordination with Customer Support) to customers / clients as part of Customer Relationship Management
6. Provides the sales forecast and inventory plan for procurement of stocks (specific to a product or individual customer).
7. Reports customer and dealer demands. Feedback to upper and marketing or other related team
8. Collaborates with Finance and Accounting in AR or required document collection and monitor the department's collection status.
9. Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
