REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.Bachelor's degree in a related field.Having experience in a commercial, marketing, or project coordination role.Demonstrates strong understanding of digital technologies and a keen interest in exploring new tools and platforms.Possesses exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.Thinks analytically and can effectively translate data into meaningful actions.Well-organized, meticulous, and capable of working independently.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION :
Mandarin Commercial Strategy Specialist will serve as a strategic partner to regional teams by supporting the execution of commercial initiatives and ensuring alignment and flawless implementation across key markets, including China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.Oversee the rollout of key initiatives, including retailer infrastructure, portfolio expansion, digital campaigns, and in-store merchandising.Manage both online and offline content to maintain brand consistency and ensure local market relevance.Serve as a liaison between market teams and shared service functions, effectively communicating the benefits and value of centralized support.Lead change initiatives and facilitate the successful implementation of shared service models across various markets.RECRUITMENT PROCESS
