Join Our Dynamic Facilities Team as an Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) Operator!

Are you a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual looking to play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and efficient work environment? We're seeking a passionate Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) Operator to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:

• Ensure Seamless Access:Manage employee and visitor access control, including activation, deactivation, and troubleshooting of access cards and IDs

• Be the Go-To Problem Solver:Respond promptly to operational requests related to access and ID issues, providing efficient and effective solutions

• Maintain Cutting-Edge Security:Monitor CCTV systems, review footage as needed, and ensure the integrity of our security infrastructure

• Keep Systems Running Smoothly:Conduct routine testing and maintenance of critical building systems, including PA systems, electronic door alarms, and more

• Optimize Inventory and Documentation:Manage IBMS supplies, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper filing of important documents

• Collaborate and Communicate:Work closely with various departments, answer incoming calls, and provide clear and concise reports

• Take on Diverse Challenges:Handle a variety of daily tasks and projects, adapting to the dynamic needs of our clients

• Proactively Manage Access Reviews:Conduct and manage quarterly and bi-annual access reviews, ensuring security protocols are up to date

• Perform minor electro-mechanical and auxiliary system works

What We're Looking For:

• A proactive individual with a strong understanding of building management systems

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining security standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Open to working on shifting schedule

• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in managing emails and using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
