Job descriptionDevelop and optimize manufacturing processes to minimize costs while maximizing productivity and quality. Perform dimensional and visual inspections using appropriate measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Identify and resolve issues in manufacturing processes, using analytical and systematic approaches to improve efficiency. Work closely with production teams to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Train staff on new processes and equipment, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to best practices. Analyze data to identify process improvements and develop standard operating procedures to enhance production efficiency.
Salary : 25,000 - 40,000
With Saturday schedule
Required Experience :
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field) is typically required.
- Proven work experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, excellent organizational and project management skills, and proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CAD, simulation software).
