Process Engineer

Job Summary

Supports Production in the preparation of work process sheets and other related documents concerning production process.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Processes and evaluates procedures of new and existing models.

Performs pre-production of new model and prepares pre-production results.

Handles the preparation and revision of Standard Operating Procedure of new models and its series.

Handles the preparation and revision of control plans.

Participates in group or quality meetings (i.e. market claims or internal claims)

Provides analysis and disposition of production’s trouble report.

Processes temporary countermeasure work instruction and monitor its results.

Formulates and prepares rework or conversion instruction and rework or conversion procedure.

Evaluates production line’s countermeasure.

Formulate new jig designs for the improvement of production processes.
