We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer withstrong experience in JavaScript technologies to join our eCommerce team.

Job Purpose :

Manages and leads a team of employees. Communicatescompany goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team. Motivates team membersand assesses performance.

Provides help to management, including hiring andtraining, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicatesconcerns and policies among management and team members.

Job Description :

• Propose and implement scalable design, softwareimprovements and optimization solutions (best practices such as designpatterns)
• Provide extensive code reviews with fellow softwareengineers
• Proficient in applying middleware solutions andexternal API access to integrate software systems
• Design and architect database
• Develop both front-end and back-end with tests(TDD) and standards in place
• Helps analyze business software requirements andcomply to SLA requirements
• Provide mentoring and assistance to fellow softwareengineers

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing withJavaScript using Object Oriented approach and jQuery
• A Team Lead / Supervisory background is anadvantage for this position
• Bachelor or Master’s in Information Technology,Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of Node and React
• Strong experience with Databases MSSQL,PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or Cassandra
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Knowledge in TypeScript and ES6
• Experience working in an Agile environment Scrum / Kanban practice
• Experience in developing on Shopify or similarE-commerce platform is highly desired
• JavaScript Unit Testing is an advantage
• Retail Industry related experience is a plus
• Willing to be assigned in Balintawak, Quezon City
• Preferably who can do WORK FROM HOME and WORK INOFFICE set-up
• Direct and Full-Time position(s) available

• Ability to communicate technological decisionseffectively to the team and non-technical people
• Ability to moderate conference calls
• Using GitHub or equivalent as source control
• Continuous Integration using Jenkins or equivalent
