Job descriptionGive first aid treatments and proper medications to employees as needed In case of any accident, accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital Maintain medical and other related records of all employees Examine and make sure that the sick employees submit fit certificate Organize regular medical examinations of all employees Prepare medical reimbursement report each month Monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies from time to time Perform any other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned by the management or the company doctor Attends to employee medical needs including the issuance of oral medications and rendering injectable medications and the like. Coordinates with referred clinic, dental and laboratory services of the employees and results. Gives first aid treatment in cases of accidents, injuries, traumas, etc. Maintains employee individual health records. Proves basic awareness and know how on identification, prevention and intervention on occurring diseases. Implements and / or carry out quality improvement activities as may be formally and officially defined by the immediate superior (company physician) or by the executive management.
