Company Nurse

1. Maintain the clinic : medicine replenishment, recommend equipment

2. ⁠First Aid and Emergency Response

3. ⁠Maintain medical files - follow up on pending APE check ups (target to meet at least Category B for all employees with completed follow up check up)

4. ⁠verify fit to work clearance at pre-employment

5. ⁠Conduct surprise drug tests

6. ⁠act as liaison and coordinate with HMO provider for all concerns - schedule HMO free services (ex. free Seminars)

7. ⁠recommend and execute health and safety awareness programs

8. ⁠support and participate in regular safety audit of employee welfare concerns (ex. PPE usage, barracks orderliness, canteen food safety)
