This role will be part of First Mile Projects & Strategies team. The main role is to ensure proper and timely initiation, planning and execution of strategies, projects and processes across First Mile.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Handle, execute and monitor core projects and cost-saving initiatives
- Initiate system enhancements and process improvements anchored to core KPIs
- Handle, execute and monitor strategies that drive performance improvement, network capability and cost efficiency
- Facilitate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements prior rollout
- Facilitate and execute documentation of standard processes and guidelines Job Requirements Qualifications & Skills
- At least College Graduate, preferably Industrial Engineer
- Located near San Pedro Sort Center
- With working experience in Logistics
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel (Basic to Advance)
- With good communication skills
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Visio
- With experience in Project Management, SOP Documentation, Training team members, Alignment with multiple functions
- With experience in facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- With experience in facilitating projects from proposal to execution / control
