Job Description :

• To render assistance to the Assistant Corporate Secretary of the Bank and the Head of Corporate and Custodianship in the supervision of Paralegals in performing
• Corporate Secretary and other corporate housekeeping functions for subsidiaries and affiliates and patent and trademark registration requirements of Bank
• To provide custodianship services to the different Bank Units of material contracts, licenses, permits and other material documents relative to the business of the Bank
• To render legal advisory and opinion and draft and review contracts, form, and letters for all subsidiaries of the Bank
