Apprentice Architect / Interior Designer for Clothing / 30k / Malabon

Requirements : Graduate of Architecture or Interior Design With work experience (SPD / Construction / Renovation / Department Stores and Boutique)Uses computer applications to create 3D designs and floor plans.Preferably with experience from fashion retail and SM Malls and alike.Responsibilities : Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.Develop detailed design concepts, layouts, and plans using design software.Select appropriate materials, furnishings, lighting, and accessories to enhance interior spaces.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.Present design proposals and concepts clearly and persuasively to clients.Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative design techniques.
