Position : Data Entry Specialist
Hours : Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Location : Remote
This part-time role is focused on accurate data entry, organizing reports, and ensuring all project-related information is properly maintained. You will work closely with our team, using QuickBooks Online to pull cost reports and Adobe Acrobat / Microsoft Excel to organize and manage important project data.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and organize data related to project costs, vendor details, and material orders.
- Pull and format cost reports from QuickBooks Online to assist with tracking expenses.
- Organize and maintain reports using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in preparing spreadsheets, job cost breakdowns, and project summaries for internal use.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all records.
- Maintain digital records, ensuring files are properly labeled and accessible.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel (must be able to format and organize reports).Experience with QuickBooks Online (must be able to pull cost reports).Background in data entry or administrative support (experience in remodeling or construction industries is a plus).Strong attention to detail and ability to organize large amounts of data efficiently.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Google Sheets is a plus.
