Position: Japanese Project Coordinator
Location: Ortigas City
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 80,000 - 90,000

Requirements:

• At least JLPT N2 - N3 level of fluency
• At least 1 year of experience in living in Japan
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to learn new web programming concepts and technologies depending on the project requirements (mainly HTML, CSS, JS coding)
• Has experience in project management
• Translation/Interpretation experience is a big plus
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, programming languages (background in web programming is a plus)


Responsibilities:

• Respond to Exact location of the job project requests and inquiries from the Japan team mainly via chat/email (about 70%), and video meetings as necessary (about 30%)
• Coordinate with the project managers in Japan and front-end programmers in the Philippines to plan, consult, and decide on tasks, task division, resources, role division, scheduling, revenues, and other factors involved in project planning
• Translate documents (mainly instructions, rules, guidelines, check sheets) regarding web programming and testing/quality assurance
• Do consecutive interpretation during video meetings, as necessary
• Closely work with programmers to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
