Site Architect

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive  Site Architect  to oversee architectural planning, execution, and compliance during the construction or renovation of  industrial, commercial, or mixed-use sites . This role ensures that architectural designs are implemented accurately on-site, in line with project specifications, safety standards, and operational needs.

The ideal candidate has experience managing architectural works in  manufacturing, commercial, or export facility projects , and works collaboratively with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate on-site implementation of architectural plans and specifications.
• Ensure construction quality and adherence to design intent, building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure alignment with approved drawings.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, structural, and interior teams to resolve design conflicts or adjustments.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and change orders for architectural compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of project milestones, site reports, and issue logs.
• Support contractors and workers by providing clear interpretation of plans and specifications.
• Assist in project turnover documentation, punch lists, and final inspections.
• Collaborate with the in-house project team on space planning, functional layouts, and site improvement proposals.
