Job descriptionAt least 15 years of total experience and with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture.Experience in CRM platforms and Case Management solutions.Familiarity with Identity Management, SIM Registration systems, or SCV (Single Customer View) implementations.Hands-on architecture and development background in cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) , including IAM, networking, and cost-aware multi-region design.Strong experience in Java, Python, and Spring Boot, with deep understanding of microservices and distributed system design.Expertise in REST API design, including security, governance, and third-party integration best practices.Solid background with PostgreSQL, Redis, and messaging platforms like Kafka and RabbitMQ.Proficiency in CI / CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.Understanding of digital identity patterns such as identity federation, SSO, and customer profile unification.Skilled in designing for privacy, data protection, and compliance (e.g., SIM registration laws, data residency).Familiarity with frontend-backend patterns (e.g., React integration), for omnichannel CRM and identity experiences.Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical solutions with business and regulatory needs.
