Safety and Security Manager (Hotel Franchised)

Job Description

The position is responsible in ensuring a safe environment for the hotel employees and guests, and safeguards the assets of the hotel. The Safety and Security Manager, along with its team, assists the Management, employees and guests in every way that is consistent with the protection and prevention objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a luxury and upscale segment is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to all levels.
• A combination of creativity and strong product knowledge.
• Ability to maintain efficient and passion for hotel operations.
• Role model in for the Accor Values and Heartist Culture.
