Main Purpose of the Job :

As a IT Network Architect Manager, you will be responsible for designing networks and configuring and maintaining network infrastructure to support a variety of projects. You will be collaborating with other team members to sustain network solutions in a cross-functional environment which combines interoperable systems, applications and platforms.

Key Accountabilities :

Provides senior level of network designs / schematics tailored fit to the need of the Company’s Network Infrastructure
Monitor network equipment and analyze to maximize network performance to ensureoptimal performance and all security update and patches are up to date.
Owner ofNetwork knowledge data base to ensure updated documentation, network diagrams. SOP’s based on the Global best practices.
Design, install, configure and support network equipment including switches, firewalls, routers and VPN to maximize network security in alignment to the Global IT security requirement
Familiarity with SDN technologies and principles ( SD-WAN, SDDC)
Ensureincident, request and change SLA’s are met
Work with Security Team to ensure compliance with Cybersecurity-related regulations and industry standards.
Experienced in installation and maintenance of Data, Telephony(VOIP), Wireless and Secure enterprise
Research and analyze new network technologies and present suggestions for upgrades to improve existing communications network
Managed Service Providers and Vendors to ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are met based on the SOW
Technical Network SME for complex issues for both run and Network projects

Network Governance :

Ensure control of network Infrastructure set of processes, security policy, rules, and structures.

Establishing policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure that the network operates efficiently, securely, and in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.

Defined roles and responsibilities for network management, setting standards for network design and operation, and establishing mechanisms for communication and coordination among stakeholders involved in network management.

Optimized network resources, minimize risks, and ensure that the network supports the organization's overall business strategy.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree holder

Solid understanding of network operating systems

Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing and switching

5+ years experienced with network security and firewalls

Proficient in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools

5 +years experienced of Cisco products, pure cloud and firewalls

Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple vendor equipment

CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certifications is a plus

Self-motivated individual who can work independently, take ownership to meet multiple milestones and deadlines

Able to build and maintain honest, ethical, and fair relationships peers, supervisors

Ability to work and adapt in a changing environment

Excellent escalation handling, coaching, planning, and organizing skills

Demonstrate project management and planning skills; balances strategic skills with tactical execution skills

Strong communication skills – verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, ability to adapt content to various audiences; communicates effectively at all organization levels

Proven interpersonal skills : ability to build relationships, engage, and influence others, work with a diverse internal and international customer base
