YOUR ROLE
Responsible for the build and deployment of services within the load balancing and network infrastructure and associated other technologies within multiple Data Centre locations throughout the world. This global position is a key role within IT and will ensure that the current and future infrastructure is standardised, scalable, reliable and serviceable through automation. This role will provide the integration point with the IT current operational teams and ensure that technology is understood and maintained to the appropriate published standards.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Responsible for building new or adding capacity to solutions that are identified as approved from the CEVA IT organisation, both physical and virtual environments.
- Responsible for transitioning any newly built component to the CEVA IT operations teams, following a structured process that is governed by a Service Level Objective.
- Responsible for major upgrades to current infrastructure components to ensure standardisation and supportability for all areas of responsibility.
- Define and publish the key performance indicators for technology, which will ensure the infrastructure is fit for purpose and continues to be standardised or improved in conjunction with the other responsible IT teams.
- Accountable to the CEVA IT teams to ensure standards are updated and maintained.
- Responsible point of contact for 4th line escalation support within the global infrastructure team, delivering faster problem resolution with the operations teams and will give the ability to identify weak points within the infrastructure that need to be changed to improve system stability and uptime.
- Accountable to the CEVA business to identify infrastructure risks and create plans to ensure security, availability, reliability, and serviceability.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in deployment of Network infrastructure1 year' experience with SDWAN technologies2 years' experience and knowledge of infrastructure deployment and operations within major global businesses2 years' experience of working within a global enterprise environmentSpecialist Knowledge & Skills
2 years' experience in deploying at least two of the following infrastructure architectures;

What will you do?
The Senior Civil Designer / Modeler will play a key technical role in project delivery, applying their expertise in civil design and modeling to develop high-quality solutions. This role involves designing roads, carparks, earthworks, drainage, utility services, water and sewer systems, and pavements, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and ANZ-based stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
Prepare and review detailed civil design drawings, models, and documentation using AutoCAD, 12d, Civil 3D, and other relevant design tools.Develop and manage 3D models to support project execution.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, surveyors, and planners, to ensure seamless project delivery.Ensure designs meet client specifications, ANZ standards or similar, environmental regulations, and safety standards.Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical reporting.Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are achieved.Mentor junior designers and review their work for technical accuracy and compliance.Liaise with ANZ-based stakeholders and clients for project updates and reviews.Stay updated with ANZ design standards, codes, and best practices.Support tender preparation, cost estimation, and technical proposals when required.We know today's complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.

Relevant tertiary Engineering qualification.Minimum 10 years of design experience with a background and interest in roads, carparks, earthworks, drainage, utility services designs, pavement design, and related civil infrastructure.Proven skills in design and documentation of civil infrastructure to ANZ standards or similar.Proficiency in industry design software, including 12d, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering design standards and practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, and self-motivation.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a remote or multi-location team setting.Our Aurecon Attributes define our way of being – they are a collection of qualities that make us who we are.
