Salary Range : ₱20,675 – ₱22,675
About the Role :
Join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative – Provider Service!
You’ll handle client and provider inquiries, deliver excellent customer support, and maintain positive relationships while ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer and provider inquiries confidently through calls or written communication.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and negotiate effective solutions.
- Communicate company policies and brand positioning clearly and professionally.
- Emphasize product / service benefits, discuss terms, and prepare reports using web-based tools or proprietary systems.
- Experience in sales and account management is required (experience in the sports or entertainment industry is a plus!).
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of international voice account experience.Completed at least 2 years in college.Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).Must be willing to work onsite and amenable to shifting schedules.What’s in It for You :
