Responsibilities

• Technical Translation : Convert customer business needs into clear technical requirement documents for implementation by technical teams.
• ROI Development : Create compelling ROI evaluations based on customer use cases and specific requirements.
• Demonstration & Implementation : Organize, plan, and deliver product demonstrations and proof of concepts, writing scripts to address customer challenges and ensure a smooth adoption of solutions.
• Client Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring successful onboarding and integration of our solutions into their operations, while also identifying opportunities for upselling.
• Product Innovation : Collaborate with product teams to innovate new features and solutions that meet customer needs, enhancing our position as a preferred technology partner.
• Industry Knowledge : Develop a strong understanding of IoT-based operational management and related system integrations.
