Platform Solutions Lead (Hybrid)

Job descriptionExperience in Data Management / Processing is preferred Experience in Financial Reporting is preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities Highly organized self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Review, process, and analyze alternative investment transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers). Aggregate and standardize hedge fund and private equity investor data. Prepare and verify accuracy of daily, monthly, and quarterly client reporting files. Maintain data integrity and resolve reporting system issues; escalate concerns as necessary. Coordinate with custodians, administrators, and vendors to address data and process issues. Work with technology teams to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures. Ensure timely and accurate report delivery across all business lines. Define and implement scalable solutions within alternative investments and capital markets. Set and track KPIs; conduct audits and drive process improvements. Supervise and support team operations, offering guidance, coaching, and training. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing team members. Provide clients with reports and updates as needed. Address : MOA, Pasay Setup : Hybrid (2-4x a month RTO) Schedule : Night Shift Type : Full time
QUALIFICATIONS :
- College degree in economics, finance, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in the financial data management services industry
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Background in Hedge Funds and / or Private Equity
- Experience handling alternative investments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros)
