Job Brief

We are looking for an FX Trading Manager who will oversee and lead the company's foreign exchange trading operations. This role is key in managing liquidity, executing trading strategies, and ensuring optimal pricing and profitability across multiple currencies and markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage FX trades across major and minor currency pairs, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and compliance with internal policies.
• Monitor market trends, exchange rate movements, and macroeconomic indicators to guide trading and hedging decisions.
• Manage liquidity across various currency pools (e.g., PHP, USD, and other major currencies) to support transaction and treasury requirements.
• Analyze spreads, pricing models, and potential arbitrage opportunities across local and international markets.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to enhance automation and improve trading system efficiency.
• Develop and implement risk management models to mitigate exposure from currency fluctuations.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including those issued by the BSP and AML guidelines.
• Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams on trade documentation, controls, and reporting.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses on trading results, P&L performance, and risk exposures for senior management.
