We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our talented pool of caregivers, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs).
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment : Proactively source and screen caregivers, LPNs, and RNs using various channels, including social media platforms, online job boards, professional networks, and community events.
Onboarding : Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation, completing pre-employment paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Scheduling : Collaborate with the operations team to schedule new hires, ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet client needs.
Engagement : Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, case managers to gain interest and foster a supportive environment.
Reporting : Track and report recruitment metrics, trends, and performance to management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
