The Company

A mobile platform that lets anyone create, play, and share AI‑generated mini-games. Imagine a TikTok‑style feed where each tile is a game created from a simple prompt. Behind the scenes, advanced AI models are orchestrated to generate, run, and deliver these interactive experiences seamlessly.

The Role

We’re hiring a senior hybrid PM / Designer who will be the sole product / design owner working directly with the founder / CEO and a senior full‑stack engineer. You’ll drive the roadmap, specs, UX / UI, analytics, and experimentation. A major mandate is to meaningfully improve the quality of AI‑generated games—designing the product strategy, user workflows, evaluation methods, and guardrails that lift playability, fun, and retention. You’ll thrive here if you love wearing multiple hats, moving from user research → PRD → Figma prototypes → instrumentation → A / B testing → shipping and iterating.

What You’ll Own

Product Management

• Roadmap & prioritization : Convert strategy into a clear, metrics‑tied roadmap; run lightweight, async‑friendly planning with the engineer.
• Specs & delivery : Write crisp PRDs / user stories with acceptance criteria, edge cases, event instrumentation, and roll‑out plan (flags, cohorts).
• Analytics & insights : Own Mixpanel taxonomy, dashboards, and deep‑dives; translate data into decisions; define success thresholds per release.
• Experimentation : Design A / B tests and quasi‑experiments (guard for power, sample size, and experiment health).
• Research : Run quick user interviews, surveys, and in‑app feedback loops; synthesize insights into product decisions.
