Qualifications :
At least HS / SHS graduate with 1 year BPO experience, OR
If no BPO experience, must have completed at least 2 years in college
E-commerce Campaign
Nature : Voice | Hybrid Setup
Salary Package : ₱21,600 (Non-Negotiable)
Qualifications :
At least HS graduate
At least 1 year of BPO experience
Hybrid Setup : 90-day onsite training, then 2 days onsite + 3 days WFH weekly

As a Customer Service Representative at TaskUs Imus, you will :
Handle customer inquiries via voice (phone) support in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide timely solutions for product, delivery, and account-related concerns.
Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills to ensure excellent customer experience.
Use computer systems and applications efficiently to document and resolve customer interactions.
Work with your team to achieve performance goals and deliver world-class service.
