Job descriptionSales and Marketing of Products : Markets the Banks products and services that are available in the assigned branch Branch Operations Management : Implements in the assigned branch the standard internal control policies of the Bank. Branch Employee Management : Exercises good leadership and ensures harmonious working relationships among branch personnel. Monitoring, Coordinating and Reporting : Accomplish the Risk Control and Self-Assessment (RCSA) Checklist on a periodic basis at a frequency that shall be established by the Risk Management Unit. Approver : Signs checks for banks disbursements within the authorized limit.
Work Setup : Onsite (Dumaguete)
Schedule : 8 : 30AM - 5 : 30PM
Requirements :
- Must possess at least a Bachelor / College degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
- Masters degree in Business Administration, or any similar discipline, is an advantage.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the Banking Operations in a managerial capacity
- Must be highly knowledgeable in the bank regulations set forth by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas outlined in the Manual of Regulations for Banks.
- Must have working knowledge in various laws relevant to the practice of compliance functions of BSFIs including, but not limited to, the Anti-Money Laundering Law.
