Japanese Bilingual Operations Supervisor

Work Setup : Onsite in Cebu City

Shift Schedule : Day Shift (M-F, but should also be flexible to work on Saturday and shifting schedule)

Requirements :

Fluent in Japanese and English (Native / N1 / N2)

With 2 to 5 years of team management experience, MUST BE within the Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or Customer Service industries.

Should possess strong communication, leadership, business acumen, and entrepreneurial skills

• Japanese Nationals can be given a Philippine Residence once hired.
